Jenny Natelson
Co-FOUNDER
Brooklyn-based New Mexican native, Jenny’s trajectory in the creative industry has taken her through producing and project management in both production companies and advertising agencies. She currently works as an Account Manager at MediaMonks, where she enjoys collaborating with an international team from the comfort of her couch.
During her time as a freelance video producer, Jenny was inspired to develop an inclusive networking platform after noticing a lack of overlap and diversity within various media professions.
Through SPARKED Connections, she hopes to provide a democratic approach to networking that will diversify the industry, allow people access to meaningful conversations, educational opportunities and provide an environment of support and growth for content creators.
Isabelle du Plessis
Co-FOUNDER
Isabelle is Global Head of PR at Creative Production Partner The Mill.
In her role at The Mill, Isabelle develops Marketing strategies and promotional campaigns, working alongside the Senior Management team to promote company’s award-winning talent and growing list of capabilities across the globe.
Isabelle is passionate about diversifying the industry through developing inclusive and free networking opportunities that are open to creators of all levels. Through Sparked Connections, she hopes to democratize networking, hiring and educational opportunities within the creative industries.
Becca Falborn
HEAD OF GROWTH & PARTNERSHIPS
Born & raised in New York, currently residing in Jersey City, Becca is the Executive Producer of Business Development at Lime Studios, where she manages all new business & client retention. An active member of the advertising community, Becca has also been on the AICP Award Show Committee, serving as a judge, a featured mentor for Cutter Connections, and is host to her passion project of a podcast: You'rExcused. You can also hear her hosting The Mill’s podcast, Mill Talk.
Through her professional career, Becca has worked in many different aspects of production and post production. She started out as a production assistant on set for reality TV and soon after moved into the world of advertising. She rapidly climbed from receptionist to EP, starting out at a color & finishing studio, moving to business affairs at an international ad agency, and now to her current role as an EP for sound.
Through SPARKED, Becca hopes to use her passion for networking, connecting, and mentoring others to continue to create meaningful experiences and relationships for all members of the community.
Monica Tyson

Monica is an agency account executive, and co-owns a run and gun production company- Come Thru, whose mission is to tell stories through the female lens. She is passionate about inclusion and creating a media sphere where all shapes, colors, genders, sexualities, and stories are represented. Generally, the only woman and usually the only woman of color in the room she takes this passion seriously. Join her on her in making every voice heard, welcomed, and respected.
